Este NACDA estava dependente da <a href=\"http:\/\/projetoredes.org\/wp\/?p=10440\">Equipa de Ensino Integrado do Porto<\/a>.<br \/>\nNaquelas instala\u00e7\u00f5es era prestado apoio a alunos surdos da educa\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9-escolar e do 1\u00ba ciclo de v\u00e1rias regi\u00f5es do norte do pa\u00eds. Estes alunos deslocavam-se, diariamente, das suas localidades, a expensas dos pais que asseguravam o transporte. Alguns alunos estavam em Institui\u00e7\u00f5es de alunos surdos, como o Instituto Ant\u00f3nio C\u00e2ndido, em regime de semi-internato.<br \/>\nO apoio a alunos surdos, na Escola do Bom Pastor, viria a desaparecer em meados da d\u00e9cada de 90.<span class=\"\" style=\"display:block;clear:both;height: 0px;padding-top: escolas do ensino regular, nas suas localidades, que frequentavam no turno inverso ao dos apoios no NACDA (regime de desdobramento)<br \/>\nNo NACDA do Bom Pastor tinham aulas de apoio de desenvolvimento da linguagem, de psicomotricidade, de trabalhos manuais bem como terapia de fala, lecionadas por um corpo docente, pertencente \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/projetoredes.org\/wp\/?p=10440\">Equipa de Ensino Integrado do Porto<\/a> e, mais tarde, \u00e0 Equipa de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Especial Porto A.<br \/>\nNuma fase inicial havia v\u00e1rios docentes sem especializa\u00e7\u00e3o em educa\u00e7\u00e3o especial, mas a partir de 1988, o corpo docente era constitu\u00eddo essencialmente por docentes com especializa\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea da surdez.<br \/>\nAlguns alunos, dadas as suas carater\u00edsticas, n\u00e3o estavam integrados nas escolas da \u00e1rea de resid\u00eancia e s\u00f3 frequentavam turmas de surdos na Escola da d\u00e9cada de 90 desenvolveu-se, na Escola do Bom Pastor, uma experi\u00eancia conhecida como \"6+6\".<br \/>\nEla surgiu a partir da constata\u00e7\u00e3o das enormes dificuldades que os professores do ensino regular, sem qualquer forma\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica, tinham para lecionar as suas turmas onde estavam integrados alunos surdos.<br \/>\nAssim, constituiu-se uma turma de integra\u00e7\u00e3o com 6 alunos surdos e 6 alunos ouvintes lecionada por uma docente especializada em surdez (C\u00e9lia Mesquita).
